Our Plastic RADFET is a discrete p-channel MOSFET optimized for radiation sensitivity. The VT01 is smaller than the Ceramic VT02 and is a great cost efficient option for high volume orders.

Like the VT01, our VT02 Ceramic RADFET is a p-channel MOSFET optimized for radiation sensitivity. The VT02 is hermetically sealed and slightly larger than the plastic version.
